Traffic/DUI

If you are stopped by a law enforcement officer while operating your motor vehicle:

• You are not required to perform roadside tests if stopped for DUI.
• You are not required to submit to a portable breath test ("PBT") if stopped for DUI.
• You are required to submit to a breath or blood test if the officer has probable cause to believe that you are DUI or DWAI.
• Refusal to take a breath or blood test will result in a mandatory 1-year license revocation. (No "red license").
