Roger E. Stevens is the Founder of the Firm and a practicing attorney since 1957. Mr. Stevens is now "of counsel" assisting return clients with estate planning/administration and assisting/mentoring partners and paralegals on many issues.  He served as Justice of the Peace from 1956-1959 and Municipal Judge, Boulder, from 1958-1960.

Mr. Stevens has experience in criminal and capital cases, personal injury, medical malpractice, aviation cases, divorce, adoption, civil litigation, real estate law, business law, estate planning and administration and estate administration and litigation.
